Artistic Alphabet reserves the right to refuse construction of any Artistic Alphabet custom frames due to content of distaste, or anything that the team at Artistic Alphabet wishes not to make. You will be politely informed of the decision made by Artistic Alphabet and given the option of creating a new custom frame.

Artistic Alphabet will not begin construction of any frame until payment is received in FULL by any of the methods made available by Artistic Alphabet.

Artistic Alphabet will not refund or exchange any frame or contents once payment has been received in full and the construction of frame has commenced. This generally means after the Confirmation phone call following placement of the order. No exceptions.

By using this Website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this Website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Website following the posting of changes to these terms, subject to our procedures for material changes to our policy, will mean you accept those changes.
